Learning to trust
The air in which we live is so infected with mistrust that it is almost bringing us to ruin. But wherever we broke through the layer of mistrust, we found there the experience of a trust that had previously not even dreamed of. We have learned to put our lives into the hands of those we trust. Against all the ambiguity in which our acts lives have had to stand we learned to trust unreservedly. We know now that we can really live and work only in such confidence, which always remains a risk, but a risk that is gladly assumed. Trust will always remain for us one of the greatest, rarest, and happiest gift of human life in community, and it can arise only against the dark background of a necessary mistrust.

Answer- Power
power is always dangerous it attracts the worst, and corrupts the best.
I never asked for power- A true leader
A Boss will always ask for power, lot of it.
But power is only given to those who are prepare to lower themselves to pick it up.
In the strength of his truth and in the power of divine life; God does not ask a person anything that is false or beyond his power, but a Boss dose, ask for things that are false or beyond his power, things that are ungodly. A true leader make peace between his people, but a boss start a war anytime he want. A true leader invites what is most human in every person to become aware of itself. Many Boss's taught to be satisfied, but they are not, they want more, they ask for things that are beyond their power, a Boss is never satisfied. We have been sleeping, and still asleep deep within us, still asleep. Only when persons have learned to break out of attitudes that are narrow and self-centered, learn to break out of that cage, learn to say No when ask of things that are beyond you. Only when a Boss come to recognize the reality called "mankind", human life will present, and persons will learn to feel at home.
Unsettled People
We are unsettled to the very roots of our being. Whether of parent and child, husband and wife, worker and employer, that doesn't move in a strange situation.We are not used to a complicated civilization, we don't know how to behave, when personal contact and eternal authority have disappeared. There are no precedents to guide us, no wisdom that wasn't made for a simple age. We have change our environment more quickly than we know how to change ourselves.
Do not despise your situation, in it you must act, suffer, and conquer. A true leader engage people at a particular points, not just in general, it must be a word about their own lives, their children, their jobs, their hopes or disappointments. A Boss dose not care about all this, all they care about is their own being. When personal troubles arise; a word of hope, a word of which builds hope peace and freedom are needed, only a true leader can give you that hope, peace and freedom, a Boss dose not care, they care-less about those "words".
